AI Highlights
  • - Bought a new 2024 QX50 from Orlando Infiniti in Sept 2024; brakes squeaked, four visits, no fix.
  • - Lemon Law buyback refused; trade-in offered $15k less.

We recently purchased a brand new 2024 QX50 from Orlando Infiniti in September 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Everything seemed great at firstuntil we encountered a serious issue just two weeks after my purchase.

The brakes started to squeak, which prompted me to take the vehicle back to the dealership.

Since then, I've brought the car in on four separate occasions for the same brake issue, yet the problem persists, and the service team has been unable to provide a solution. To my dismay, the situation worsened when I discovered that, due to the repeated repairs for the same issue, my vehicle qualifies under the Lemon Law. However, instead of addressing my concerns seriously, they outright refused to buy back the car.

In a rather frustrating turn of events, the general manager offered a trade-in for my vehicle, but only at a staggering $15,000 less than what I had paid just three months ago. All I was asking for was an even exchange for the same model, yet they were unwilling to accommodate my request.

Feeling helpless, I had no choice but to hire an attorney to pursue my rights under the Lemon Law.

It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer care and support from a dealership, especially after making a significant purchase.

I expected much more from Orlando Infiniti, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend them based on my ongoing challenges and lack of resolution.
