This morning I received a phone call stating “the woman they handed my id to” had my drivers license and insurance card. My husband retrieved them in a town 2 towns away.

We have the address and phone number of the “woman” the desk agent handed it to. Orlando physicians office couldn’t identify, verify as a patient at their facility, couldn’t find or call to get my personal info back. If this was a patient video records could have found this info quickly as she did to call me to return my ids as I’m listed. But I have the desk agents confession in perfect English on tape and another video changing of her story to nobody knows what happened, she don’t speak good English and she don’t know what happened.

Why would a person who is that incompetent, who supposedly can’t speak English well be doing running a drs office in the USA where most people speak English is beyond me. Why she is allowed to be at this job in this position with the level of ineptitude is unbelievable. Why would the deception be necessary instead of performing the simple task of resolving the issue and easing the situation.

Eight days my personal information had to be compromised. I have to remain diligent for several months to years to ensure my credit and homestead are safe from scams because of this incident and hopefully prevent others from becoming victims by making them aware.

Upon awaiting a return phone call my husband went back to see if my drivers license and insurance card had been retrieved from this supposed patient or if they found out who this woman was they gave my personal information to. Nope, all the sudden the front desk gal who’s incompetent doesn’t speak English well and now she knows nothing. A manager called and left a voicemail I returned a voicemail saying I’ve turned the information over to the proper authorities and am now looking for an attorney or lawyer who specializes in these matters.

I have emailed the supervisor I spoke with at the office on 08/11/23 I sent her video proof of all accusations as well of proof verbally by the desk agent that she gave my drivers license and insurance card to a woman she didn’t know the name of, whether or not if she was a patient etc. I sent video proof of her pilfering through drawers for my personal information and a visa falling on the counter. I have more proof of this interaction and refuse to allow someone to victimize society by stealing their identities.

Today their desk agent Debary office took my id & insurance card never gave them back after requested she lost them the said she gave them away to a total stranger without verifying it was her id or insurance card. I am one of four she did this to.

While searching for my stuff she went through drawers and never should anyones personal Id be in a drawer. Also she let someones Visa card fall out of her personal bundle of paperwork. I called the police to file a report, contacted the DMV, the FTC as well as the state over my HIPPA rights being violated with my personal info being handed off or sold. I requested these agencies look into id theft and fraud associated with your patients and the Debary facility.

I have video proof of her admitting this fact, the Visa card she pilfered as well as 3 other ids she kept of other patients. With your data breach class action I doubt your company needs this type of attention. I request my items returned as it costs $27 to replace my license and without it I cannot drive to work costing me hundreds, I cannot receive medical care as she kept my card.

The office has my social security number on my paperwork not hard to sell the info with the license. She had your video guy erase tapes have that too.

It's not the first time that my pharmacy fax a prescription and it takes them forever to respond with me calling multiple times same thing with appointments with service and everything nothing is like it's supposed to be bad service

Lack of service and no professionalism @ Nowell location

I was sent a flyer to go for a tour and the girl never showed up, leaving me sitting there for over an hour. There was no communication as to when she was coming so I left.

Ida had a bad attitude about this whole thing and threatened to call the police ON ME because I was frustrated. What a joke. Then she disappeared.

I was entitled to my $10 gift card as I drove there and was inconvenienced by wasting my time as I had other appointments.

So I called the home office as well as the area supervisor for 2WEEKS and was given all sorts of excuses about the card, such as it's in the mail, etc. From beginning to end I was treated like a child by these incompetent people.

Who would ever trust a place like this when the initial visit was a disaster?

I intend on going to a higher level like the owner/president about this matter until I'm satisfied.

I been trying to see my Dr now for 3 month and can’t get and appointment at all I get this Agent Santiago with customer service experience and all he does is hang up the phone on me !

Not able to get at appointment with Dr Brito at all now is been for 3 month that I have not seen she supposedly leaving the practice on the 17 th of august and I cant see her so she can recommend someone in the office or just leave the office for good

Do not go to Orlando Family Physician in Kissimmee

The Dr. herself is nice, however, the practice in it's entirety is terrible.

They pack to many visits and you end up waiting 30 to 40 min, one time over 1hr after your scheduled appointment. The front office staff all nice, but I've experienced alot of unprofessionalism. Once went in for blood I get called the lady does not introduce herself takes me to the back and is training a new person. I felt like I was a dummy because neither spoke to me let alone asked me if ok for new trainee to draw my blood.

Another time I got a bill over $300, when I asked for the office manager she shrugged it off as it's my type of insurance, on two occasions I explained that it's how this was coded by the practice. It took me to speak to Dr. Ortiz she in turn spoke with the medical assistant who realized this was an easy fix, it was taken care of. Next, and the worst of this whole experience is that I'm having surgery in a few days in which I spoke with Dr.

Ortiz about at an appt in late July, or early August where she noted she had everything she needed to go ahead and complete the medical clearance I needed, an appt for EKG scheduled that following week. Here it is a couple of days to my surgery and this is still not done. On top of many calls, and eventually having to go to office where I was told by med assistant Dr. promised to do it first thing in the AM.

The next day it was still not done. I stood in waiting area waiting 2hrs so far (here currently) and each time I go up they tell me when she's done with the current patient she'll do it. Why not just tell me she can't until she's done with the rest of her patients? Now it's simply an out right lie, and no apology what's so ever.

As if I'm in the wrong. And the assistant tells me it would have been best to make an appointment...!!???

Tells me this two days prior to my surgery, and when three times I was told this would be done. I know this does not matter to them but I would not step foot here again, or recommend this place to anyone!
