Terrible Service
- - Paid a $280 deposit and $53 monthly; ants persist.
- - Customer service ignores complaints and asks for more money; techs are sloppy.
I paid a 280 dollar deposit for Orkin to exterminate my home then 53 dollars a month there after. We have had on going problems still with ants.The customer service department ignores you and only reaches out to ask you for more money after Ive been complains for months about there service.
The branch manager Michael McCullum ignores my messages and phone calls to him reguarding this matter.I even sent a video to him with no response.The techs are sloppy and dont do there job.I actually had to walk around my property with one of them to make sure he did the job properly.
They are the worst at house calls and customer service. Its a rip off !
