Orion Concepts

I have the written agreement with Orion Concepts LLC (for developing the website https://www.mightyhealthy.com/ for $3000). The Orion Concepts has breached the contract, stolen my files, published the site online and paid only $1300 out of $3000. Also, they didn't pay for the other work (etonic website), which costs $150. So they owe me $1850.

The owner of Orion Concepts LLC, Bruce Morgan, tries to intimidate me and sent me this message "Anna, this is over. Regarding Etonic, I'll send you your check for $150 next week when I return to NYC. Regarding Mighty Healthy, as per our contract, I am well within my legal rights. Orion Concepts owns all the work and no further payments are owed to you. If I hear from you again or if you pursue this any further, you'll be hearing from my lawyer." Needless to say, this message was sent to me 3 weeks ago, and the work was done 3 months ago for etonic website ($150) and 1,5 months ago for Mighty Healthy website ($3000).

Interestingly, the etonic work was transferring the site to other host, because that the site’s been hacked. By words Bruce Morgan (the owner of Orion Concepts LLC): "The hacker is a malicious former developer who didn't take being fired with professionalism, hence one of the reasons I ended the relationship to begin with." The problem was I have done exactly whats on the original contract and much-much more (have tracks of every extra thing). But Bruce Morgan was making up new stuff to add. Eventually I told him I would do what we discussed already and no more new stuff. He revoked my access to files same minute and gave someone else to finish that stuff.

I have our signed contract and I have completed my part of the contact and the other side (Orion Concepts) is refusing to pay. They have to pay what was agreed.
