I had no info about time of shipping after payment. The shipping was delayed but in very good condition. I will buy again.

Canvas and paints came just fine for me and looks very nice while using everything. If shipping is improved, i m sure i will try more products from them. I would also prefer shipping time info after order completion and payment..

I have zero information concerning my order, no tracking or any other kind of contact with the company. No response to any of my emails either.
After lots of purchases, annoyed with trying to purchase more.
No matter how many days I have put in the offer code it refuses to accept. Trying to make purchases for several weeks now.
Have been a loyal customer for several years. Have tried various ways and know the procedure.
Also annoyed they do not answer their phone and havent for quite a while despite still listing it.
Was pleased for a long time but now just aggravated.

Im still waiting on my order or a refund or a representative to at least let me know what can be done. There is no way to contact these people yet they send me sale emails to purchase more product.
I understand at the beginning this pandemic had everything and everyone on delay but that has pretty much come to an end as far as shipping and postal.
This isnt a small order its 3 paint by number pieces and i paid 60 bucks!!! I forward the mails back and i get a roboemail from someone named Samantha.

They have not responded to any of my messages and when I call the number they give you for customer service, the operator says that the number was no longer in service. Im pissed off now, I sent them 22.00 dollars for a kit.

I placed my order on 4/13/20. I have waited patiently for my order to arrive, given the Covid mail delay.
I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number on 5/1/20.
The tracking number seems to be bogus as the system they have me track through does not recognize it.
As of today, 6/22/20 I still have not received my order. I have been more than patient.
I have emailed multiples of times with no response. I have called and left a message at 347o-352-****.
No response. I have called 844-987-**** and it is always busy.
I am contacting my credit card company today to get this charge reversed.

SCAM - Looks legit and not
How my story started is that my mother-in-law wanted to paint paintbynumbers drawings\paintings for all her kids for Christmas 2019. We visited www.originalpaintbynumber.com and bought 8 drawings\paintings for about $170 on 3/4 September 2019.
We received a tracking number and cannot do anything with it. After about 20 e-mails that we have send to this SCAM company, no human reply was received only automated responses from Zendesk.
IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE... Until today the 26 of February 2020 no reply was received
