I sent the watch in for repair, hopefully I can get repaired and back in my hand shortly.

After buying 5 watches and spending around 1500.00, I still like the concept of the company. I like the watches.
I recently reached out to see about getting an extra link. I informed them that the other 4 watches were fine and didn't require any additional links. I didn't understand why this one did. Well, they said I could buy 2 links with shipping for about 15.00, so I did, but I thought that was petty after spending that much money.
Well, they just lost a customer for that reason. I sent them an email and got no response, but they sent my receipt for the links. Spend the 15.00 wisely.
Unhappy customer!!!

Can not get help, have to send alll my information and wait, received email on products was you answer. Got as Christmas present, beautiful watch but with no help to get the band sized, will have my family member send it back for refund.

This was a Christmas gift, if no support then will return watch. The watch is useless at this time.

Customer service is terrible

I bought a watch for my husband for Father's Day in June and he did not like the way it looked on him so I returned the item in its original packaging in pristine condition and I sent it back for a full refund. The company received my return on July 3 and I still do not have my refund and it is July 18. When I email them I receive a generic response that says to give them 15-20 days to process the refund.
There is not a way to get in touch with them and it's so frustrating.
