Band too small added parts not enough
Can not get help, have to send alll my information and wait, received email on products was you answer. Got as Christmas present, beautiful watch but with no help to get the band sized, will have my family member send it back for refund.
Answering calls. My wrist too large for the watch and extra parts not enough.
Had to leave email and phone , I do not like to give these out due to companies selling information or sharing.
This was a Christmas gift, if no support then will return watch. The watch is useless at this time.

Watch band too small
I love the watch, however the band was tight on my arm. You sent one extra link, but it is still snug.
I am requesting 2 or 3 more extra links. It is a Jack Daniels Charred Oak Barrel.

I just cannot get ANY RESPONSE from customer service with this company. Very frustrating!

Watch face is scratched would like to replace it. Got this watch a few months ago for a gift and the face is scratched. I would like to replace the glass on the face of the watch

Customer service is terrible
I bought a watch for my husband for Father's Day in June and he did not like the way it looked on him so I returned the item in its original packaging in pristine condition and I sent it back for a full refund. The company received my return on July 3 and I still do not have my refund and it is July 18. When I email them I receive a generic response that says to give them 15-20 days to process the refund.
There is not a way to get in touch with them and it's so frustrating.
