My husband received this wedge as a bday gift in Sept 6, 2023 and it's flat and will not expand, hevhas sleep apnea and it didn't work and also looked like it had blood on it, very upset. A friend recommended this and bought it for my husband to help him sleep, see pics of pillow

I still have not heard from anyone concerning this situation.
I have been trying to buy myself a new original bamboo pillow for weeks now, with no luck. I bought one years ago and loved it but it's over six years old and needs to be replaced.
I have sent you three emails and have heard nothing in return. I tried the ones from Amazon but they are not worth the money and I can't sleep on them.

I own 4 pillows all 4 of them have have went flat, i am so disappointed , i have had them for just under a year ... i would like those pillows to be replaced , if i wanted to purchase a cheap pillow i would have, if i throw them away , without your company replacing them , then i am throwing money.

Original Bamboo Pillow Shipping Service Review from Orlando, Florida
Ordered pillow through online website that is apparently a fraudulent company. As soon as I paid, I got an email stating to keep checking back for order status.
The link sent to me was for support which I emailed a total of 7 times trying to find my order which they said would be in my possession in 3-5 business days. The only response I ever got back was: "We see you've repeatedly emailed us about our specials. Well, you missed it!" No phone # for company.
Ended up having my bank refund my money.
