I have seen a pearl setting on line and then called the company to verify the information. The communication was difficult.

Finally we agreed that the shipping charge is going to be waived. However, when I got the e-mail , guess what I was charged with shipping cost. This company quoted the different price several times and then changed a couple of times. Then I called to point out the charge on the shipping, they were not nice at all.

I have to follow up with another e-mail to remind them.

Overall, it was an unpleasant experience in dealing with them. Excercise with extreme caution if you deal with this vendor on line.
