Resolved: The internet connection keeps going out. So far we've called technical support over 10 times in the past year and it's always always the same freaking problem over and over.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

Today we've received a new modem to which we've contacted tech support for activation. It worked for about 45 minutes. Now we're back on the phone with tech support again.

To make matters worse, they only have on the road servicemen for Toronto. I live in the Outaouais region to which they provide the signal but when it comes to actually hands on stuff, it's basically "you are on your own".

This is ridiculous.
