Sent broken item, refused refund
8/21/2008: Ordered 7 2-qt, 3 1.9-qt, and 1 4.5-qt Click Clack Canisters; Order number 257421. 8/28/2008: (1st complaint) Received 7 2-qt and 3 1.9-qt canisters. Did not receive 4.5-qt canister; instead received a 0.9 qt canister. E-mailed Organize-It to request shipment of proper canister. 9/09/2008: (2nd complaint) Again e-mailed Organize-It regarding the missing item; requested shipment or refund. Organize-It responded & promised to ship the 4.5-qt container immediately. 9/13/2008: (3rd complaint) Received a damaged 4.5-qt container. Immediately e-mailed Organize-It and included links to photos of crack in container. 9/19/2008: Organize-It responded that they would ship another replacement. 9/26/2008: Received another damaged 4.5-qt container. 9/29/2008: (4th complaint) E-mailed Organize-It, included photos, requested refund. 10/15/08: (5th complaint) E-mailed Organize-it again. Have heard nothing. Organize-it's packing methods are poor--largest surface of hard plastic container placed directly against cardboard box in which container is shipped, so one hard knock against or by something else is sufficient to break the container, and their Customer Service is terrible. Don't risk your money by ordering from them!
