Failure to deliver/failure to respond
I ordered worms in 2013, waited 2 months, checked status of my order, decided not to wait any longer, requested and finally received a refund. In 2014 ordered again, did not receive worms within a reasonable time period, attempted to contact Bruce by both telephone and email and failed, filed dispute with paypal, Bruce responded that his worm beds flooded so orders would be delayed.
Worms were ordered in April and now in July I get no response from either email or telephone.
Checked with Better Business Bureau and found 13 complaints over the last year alone. Guess I'll have to drive to Pickens County, SC and file a small claim.

NO response from business - no delivery of worms
I ordered worms about 3 months ago for $120 but never got any product. I have been trying to call the business and get an update but never any calls back or emails back.
I think this place is a SCAM, or at best, horribly managed.
I read that some worm farms are backordered but if that is the case I would like to get an update. If no communication is done with the customer, the worst is assumed.
The owner need to take care of his customers if he wants to stay in business. I'm sure this will be the 2nd of a series of complaints.

I placed an order on May 2, 2013 and paid via paypal. They took my funds and have never delivered my order. They continue to send emails saying it will be a few more weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and they are saying it will be still a few more weeks.
It has been warm in South Carolina and Texas since May 1st. There seems to be no reason for Bruce to fail to deliver on his goods when he has already taken my money.

Yes, he is now under criminal investigation, I spoke with the merchant processor and they turned off his account as he did not ship one product out and the merchant provider has lost over $5,000.00 dollars do to his scam. Hope he get what he deserves. Let the BBB know what he has done, here is the last known info;
