Inability to Cancel Subscription

Emailed them to cancel my subscriptions but they still sent one product.

Annoyed there is no telephone contact so unable to speak to anyone.

Very disappointed and hopefully they will now cancel any subscription for any product I have with them.

Very poor customer service.
