Placed order for take away bank holiday Monday take away closed but payment was taken out of card by order yoyo

Accepted an order for a restaurant that was closed down and had been closed for some time. They took the money from my bank account and I am now trying to get a refund.

I'm not the only person this has happened to. Reported company to Action Fraud as this is obtaining money by deception.

The takeaway did not receive the order or payment, but the payment has been withdrawn from my bank. The restaurant states that Yoyo is responsible for this.

I ordered from your website for a delivery yesterday, the website was simply fish and chips in chadderton, oldham, we waited over 2 hours for the delivery so my husband had to go and collect the food, so we got our food and now because of the no delivery we would like to have the £4.99 delivery fee back as no one delivered.

You have charged me for dinners from a closed down restaurant which I am unhappy about . As big company you should know if restaurants are closed down for good .

They do provide a whattsapp help support who are just as useless as all

We placed an order for food tonight. It went through to the restaurant and then nothing just a spinning wheel waiting for them to confirm.

We tried calling then and there was no answer.

We then went down to the shop to see what was going on only to find a sign pinned to the door saying "Closed for two weeks due to family emergency".

My sympathy is with them at this time but I feel there web site should have been closed. Maybe just an over site by them in a difficult time.

Could you please see to it that the money is refunded.

They didn't send any food back either.

Listened to what i had to say and delt with it right away i think. No reply about a refund mind

Its been 6 days now yet I still not got my refund yet it still says pending and I will have to go to bank to try to sort out my refund as nothing happening yet

we need orders we are not getting last 8 weeks

Order taken and money taken, no delivery. On contacting the takeaway directly, I was informed that due to a fire that morning, they can't complete orders and said the website had been notified.

However, YoYo took the order and the money, so I want a full refund, but there's no joy in trying the phone.

(Its recorded message refers me to the takeaway), but it's YoYo that has my money. Don't use YoYo.
