The takeaway did not receive the order or payment, but the payment has been withdrawn from my bank. The restaurant states that Yoyo is responsible for this.

I ordered from your website for a delivery yesterday, the website was simply fish and chips in chadderton, oldham, we waited over 2 hours for the delivery so my husband had to go and collect the food, so we got our food and now because of the no delivery we would like to have the £4.99 delivery fee back as no one delivered.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I resolved on WhatsApp, and was happy with how efficient and quickly i was refunded
You have charged me for dinners from a closed down restaurant which I am unhappy about . As big company you should know if restaurants are closed down for good .

We placed an order for food tonight. It went through to the restaurant and then nothing just a spinning wheel waiting for them to confirm.
We tried calling then and there was no answer.
We then went down to the shop to see what was going on only to find a sign pinned to the door saying "Closed for two weeks due to family emergency".
My sympathy is with them at this time but I feel there web site should have been closed. Maybe just an over site by them in a difficult time.
Could you please see to it that the money is refunded.

Money taken no food
Order taken and money taken, no delivery. On contacting the takeaway directly, I was informed that due to a fire that morning, they can't complete orders and said the website had been notified.
However, YoYo took the order and the money, so I want a full refund, but there's no joy in trying the phone.
(Its recorded message refers me to the takeaway), but it's YoYo that has my money. Don't use YoYo.
