Incorrect Order

Worst ever. I ordered black business cards, and they sent me purple on the front and brown on the back. Since their order confirmation has no specifications on the invoice, I have no way to show them they were misprinted. Awful customer service representative. I have never had anything other than black business cards, and they want to tell me I ordered purple on one side and brown on the other side! Liars and Wix should not use this company or recommend them through their website hosting.

Bad Customer Service

I placed an order with Orderaprint, which is a printing company associated with Wix. I ordered their highest quality business cards which I received. I reordered another set of cards of the same quality and received them. The cards were a completely different quality. My original order did not have the finish and texture. I spoke to customer service and they said they are constantly upgrading there products and that you will not know what you will be receiving in the future. The advertising will remain the same, the price will remain the same, but the quality can change. They refused to reimburse me for the inferior quality cards. They refused to resend me the correct product. They said they don't want to lose money. What they were willing to do was double my next order at the same price. I am unsatisfied with the way this was handled and will not be ordering from them again.
