Consumers are not pleased with Billing Practices and Customer service. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.

Company is on Bankruptcy they can't help customer at all! Never received any information. Where can I get the service?

I loose the electricity power
I have one on my key the electric is gone I do not understand what happen at my home wrong i need help its urgent we dont have lights seens morning

I am not getting my rebate checks or any thing and no one is calling me back
Everything orbit energy has promised they never came true on , the workers trampled my plants in the garden a big patch like a trail trampled and killed my plants . They had my wife sit there for 2 days and no one showed or called to say they are not coming . This goes on

I paid in fall for both my fall, '22 service and spring, '23 service. Orbit charged me for my current spring service on 11/6/22 even though they knew they were being shut down on 11/25/22.
Help! Who do I contact???
As the warm weather approaches, it's time for spring service, but I can't reach them, and I already paid for this back in November when they did my fall service.
Where to turn? Is there a parent company that will honor their contracts?

Paid for service and got ripped off.
I paid for winter heating service in the fall of 2022. At the same time, I paid for spring 2023. Now they are nowhere to be found, not through the website address, nor on their website which says that they are permanently closed.
User's recommendation: Make sure you are able to contact them before giving them any $$.

Hot water heater stopped working
We can not get anyone on the phone, or hot water has not worked in the last three days. This is a major inconvenience for us.

Orbit took my money for both fall 2022 and spring 2023 service on Nov 6 of 22 and spring 2013.
Help! Who do I contact??? time for spring service, but I can't reach them, and I already paid for this.
Now there seems to be no Orbit to contact, and I am out hundreds of dollars.

Reach customer
Orbit Energy has made a big mess with my solar panel installation, I have filed a complaint to BBB, There was no reply from Orbit, Solar Panel financial company informed me that Orbit has closed the door in December 2022, I don't have any idea now how I am going to get my panels working.
