Free gift; -my foot!

I signed up for what was touted as two sample free gifts; - only pay shipping and handling. Two weeks later two packages arrive, without any instructions, statements or requests, so my 'two free samples' arrived. Low and behold, days later, the credit card statement arrives with debits for $99.98 and 159.98 respectively. Complaints to the company too me nowhere. Stop payment with the ccc eventually didn't work, because orbeaute could produce a 'congratulatory' e-mail, they sent, confirming the shipment. No where in the body of the e-mail, nicely framed did it mention anything about return of merchandise or additional payments, - but added to the bottom, well beyond the end of the framed message, is a sentence stating that payment is due if the 'samples are not returned within 14 days. No one would find this statement unless suspecting fraud and a set-up being in the works. Tell a friend to tell a friend so these people are prevented from defrauding more people!!!!

I cancelled subscription but this firm continues to deduct money from my account

Early this year ,on reading their advert for a reduced cost trial , I paid a minimal sum for two small tubes of skin treatment cream. Later I sent an email to them cancelling further supplies and requesting my subscription be stopped. I thought this was the end of the matter but today I find that they have continued to abstract a further £99.98 and together with their sister company, who have also mulcted me of £97.95, for the second time they have got away with £197.93 of my money. My bank, the Santander first informed me of this irregularity hence my swift cancellation. but it is clear they do not have any inclination to cease robbing me. Is there any other way that I can stop this action?
