Orange Onion in Clevland Ohio

Ordered a Disney Cars 2 alarm clock through Amazon.com. They ordered the item with Orange Onion.
When package arrived, I was shocked to see item was unpackaged with clock laying in box and a piece of styrofoam with plug and instrusctions. I purchased this expecting a new item completely packaged for a gift to my Grandson. I wrote complaining and expected a discount as a used product since it did work okay.
They have yet to answer me. Contacted Amazon not for help too.
I will never do business with Orange Onion again and let the customer be warned.

I ordered the bunk bed set from Amazon and received damaged and with missing parts also. Waiting to hear from orange onion.
