I have stayed at the Orange Tree several times in the past also. The resort, the grounds and the room was flawless. I could not look in any direction without a staff member asking me if i needed something.
Maybe Shell has realized a problem existed and is correcting it, either way I cannot complain in any way about my experience at the Orange Tree Resort, Scottsdale Az. I don't mind paying the price as long as my expectations are fulfilled.
