Problem
Rude worker the person did not help when we were trying to ask for samples and was rude and huffy
Change of pricing
I went into my local Orange leaf and as soon as I walked in I was advised that their pricing changed to a FIXED amount. Not thinking anything of it...
I went on to make my yogurt in the middle size cup with the smallest amount in it as possible, I am very health conscious and really only like a very little bit.
I was shocked to learn that the Fix price they tried to charge me was around 7dollars, I was in SHOCK, I will never go to your business AGAIN. you should be ashamed to sell your product at that price.
you will be closed soon after making this change!!! who in their right mind will pay this ridiculous amount for yogurt!!!

When I was at the Taste of Collier on Sunday, I learned about this place called Orange Leaf. At first I thought another yogurt shop.
But I tried it and honestly it was great. However tonight happened and I was not as impressed. I walk in for the first time after working and I'm met by a girl who had such a plastic attitude. She let me try a sample then went back to whatever she was doing.
I felt like she didn't try and she truly would have wanted to be somewhere else. Granted the place looks great but if this girl is supposed to be the young image of the company, then this company is heading nowhere.

I dunno what this thread is leading on to but I was in last night and I saw a woman who I know working there. If they let convicted *** work in this establishment then I know where I'm not bringing my family again.
It's sad that as a former manager of this particular location I see this review on here. I know I did my best to make sure that this kind of behavior didn't come to pass but sadly I know that in a company with a high turn over rate, these people exist. I could only pray to God that this doesn't bring to the store an impure future.

You do not deserve respect if you refer to someone old enough to work as "girl" rather than lady, it is very degrading
I have to agree with you on this one, especially since this little boy writing the complaint needed mommy or daddy to speak for him and ask this "girl" for help for him.
I'll agree to the aspect that this reviewer seems a bit childish. However as someone who has retail management background, I can see where this person is getting at.
The biggest issue with these restaurants is the level of dissatisfaction that the employees have. I might look into this place myself just to see what the reviewer meant but on the subject of the reviewer being a child, in my eyes, the responces attacking his or her behavior are just as immature as the reviewers comments
