Orange Cab Assumes Everyone "Wastes Drivers' Time"!

I was trying to get a cab last night and they said, "Be sure to let us know if you need to cancel; we don't want anyone here wasting drivers' time". Not everyone is like that. Watch how you treat us. Or you will lose us! Okay? Not everyone "wastes time". I really want people here to know that rudeness and making assumptions about customers can put off potential or existing customers. I have a mind to tell everyone who wants a recommendation of cab service not to call this company. No one needs a guilt trip, especially if the company doesn't even know what kind of person they are actually dealing with. The customer may not always be right, but how about the customer being happy, at least? I am not happy with their attitude. One person on the phone can speak for an entire company when they behave this way!
