OTP not working for more than 3 month
Hello this probably has been going on for a long time already I can't assess my online or mobile account I can't assess it anywhere I asked citi bank what was happening and they said that the issue was going to fix soon it still hasn't I would like to know what I can do because I can't see how much money I have in my bank unless I call or see my transactions it tells me to put my account # my credit card # and my pin and I do it and it still doesn't work !!!
