I did t get a reply back from the inquiry line.
I have the Bronco LED rear taillight swap kit for the full sized Bronco.
I just have a simple question. The kit requires a red lash of the ECU to operate the new taillights.
I have the Ford Performance Power Pack installed which is already a red lash of the ECU.
I was warned not to reflash the EVU as I was advised I will lose the tune.
Do you have any advice on this?

Bought head lights from them.
The lights did not fit.
I paid the shipping to return the lights.
They refused to refund my money.

POOR QUALITY AND THE LACK OF ASSISTANCE
PURCHASED AN ORACLE VECTOR GRILL FOR JEEP WRANGLER. PAID ALMOST $1000 FOR IT.
WITHIN DAYS, THE HEADLAMPS HAD HEAVY CONDENSATION AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SAID IT WAS COMMON. THEN, THE LEDs IN THE DRL STARTED TO FAIL. WASN'T BAD, BUT EVERYDAY SEVERAL MORE OF THEM STOPPED WORKING.
YESTERDAY THEY WENT COMPLETELY CRAZY AND STARTED FLASHING. SEE THE VIDEO. THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE PRODUCT IS POOR QUALITY....
We have been working on the longevity of this particular product. This quote was from an Oracle sales rep.

Poor product performance
Ordered front turn signal, DRL, rear turn signal and reverse LED lights for Jeep JL. Installed one front turn signal, and it was not as bright as the original incandescent bulb.
Called oracle and said I had to use the online return procedure.
Had issues and called again, some girl assisted and said would send email. I questioned their restocking fee due to poor performance and was basically told "sorry that's our policy".

Oracle Lighting White Waterproof Led Fog Light Halo Ring Kit Jeep Wrangler
One of my pair of LED halo Lights went out after only 4 months of use. I called Oracle Lighting twice about their "Lifetime Warranty" and every time I call the "warranty guy" is out, so leave a message and they say "the guy" will call back.
The "guy" never calls back. The lights are secured to the factory fog lights with 3m tape. On their warranty page it says that the warranty is void if the 3m tape is removed from the product. So even if they wanted me to send back the lights I would not be able to remove them from the fog light lens without taking some of the tape with the removal.
That is their "gotcha" with their "Lifetime Warranty". Bottom line i will never buy ANY Oracle lights in the future and will spread this info to all my off road friends and fellow Jeepers.
