Rude and arggessive member of staff over the phone to me so much for this person had me in tears. I tried to explain my situation but wasnt listened to all i got was this male staff to be rude and really nasty to me over the phone terrible terrible attitude

they called presenting themselves from the metering services said i was on emergency tarrif told me so prices i said ok but send me it all in writing next thing i have a contract and they keep sending me very over estimated bills. i am contracted to british gas who read the meter,presented me with a bill which i have paid, opus still say i am with them PLEASE HELP IT IS MAKING ME ILL. they have not read the meter,and the recording has areas of the conversation missing how convienient i just need some advice as they have sent a letter telling me that the baliffs will be calling for unpayed debt thanks

Opus Energy ***!
I have been with Opus energy for the last four months, they cold called us, told us that their energy rates are the best in the country and as long as consumption remained the same we'd be charged less than our current provider, so we decided to switch. So the first three months the bill was lower by a few pounds, this months the price has shot up to OVER 10 TIMES HIGHER with the same or less consumption of energy. This company will *** you, you're better off sticking to a well known reputable company like BRITISH GAS!

I would speak to citizen advice see what they can do to help. No company is allowed to threaten you.
I was bullied and intimited over the phone by opus credit department staff they have got so much of a bad attitude and they don't listen to your concerns. Go to citizen advice
