Terrible Ownership
The Opus Brothers own the 4th Avenue food park and should be ashamed of themselves. The Opus brother's owners are literally terrible for a number of reasons.
I would say boycott their chain of Opus coffee shops entirely.
Their recent destruction and bulldozing of what was a purported community garden that literally hundreds of hours of community time were poured into. Other offensive stories I've heard include betraying Humble wood Fire, who had a small spot they had been developing and renting, and were betrayed and had the rug pulled out from under them to bring in Satchel's pizza. Just when Humble wood fire seemed to be getting some leverage for their business too! Shame on you Opus Brothers.
What a terrible way to do business in Gainesville. Hands down some of the worst business deals I've heard about!
