Not a stable company. Don't care once you give $$.
- - They’re growing fast with minimal client support.
- - Algonquin, IL location lost 2 of 3 staff.
- - Former coach's login was deleted, blocking app access.
I joined two months ago. Short story is they are growing so fast they don't have a handle on it.
They have absolutely no contact info or support for their clients. At the Algonquin, IL location, 2 of 3 employees just upped and left if that tells you anything. When they did leave, Options Corporate (wherever that is) has done nothing to give support to the poor employee that's left and, most importantly, give support to the clients. One of the employees that left was my coach, and since he left, I believe they deleted his login information which in turn blocked me from getting on the app.
I have left messages, talked to two different employees at another location, one of which is my new coach, on two different occasions, left a message on their website, and left bad reviews at quite a few Ohio locations just to get someone's attention 'til I'm blue in the face. Their priority, one would think, would be to retain the customers at the location that seems to be having a lot of issues. One would think!!! I know quite a few of the Illinois locations are struggling.
Why? They opened them all in the same year and did not expect them not to do well. I don't know what their issue is, but I've just about had it with them.
I lost 4 days in the beginning because my coach didn't set me up, and now I've lost another 5 days. This place ain't cheap.
