They are masters at the “bait and switch “game. They promise the world and then when you agree to use their services they tell you that what they will not do that service they promised.

Then they call you back telling you it’s all fixed (after you decline the service) and tell you it’s all worked out only for them to do the same thing again. Record every conversation with them because they gaslight you and victim blame

I called because of issues I have been having with my infusions. They twisted the truth to cover their rear ends and basically called me a liar in so many words.

To be treated in such a way when I am struggling with illness and to be spoken to in such a condescending manner was just too much.

Because of them, I am now being forced to have my port removed and suspend my infusions permanently. This is not a patient-focused company, and they will lie and demean you at every chance.

Ive called before to the lady in charge in our case, her name is Jasmin. Never answer, never returned my messages, and lot of times the order weve placed came wrong. It was very rude on her part to not return my calls, not even to say that they were out of the product of similar to that.

Thank you very much. Also, I was surprised today when someone responded to me.
