AI Highlights
  • - We need to confirm enteral supply delivery before hospital discharge.
  • - Calls to 877-743-**** and 866-827-**** repeatedly ended in holds or voicemail.

I am a transitional care manager. I have a client leaving a hospital tomorrow with enteral feedings.

I need to confirm delivery of supplies for start of care teaching.

I called 877-743-****. I was told that I needed to speak with someone at 866-827-**** and they would transfer me. I was transferred and the call rang through, I got a hold message that gave me the option of leaving a voice message or continuing to hold. I continued to hold.

The phone was then disconnected. I tried to call back and the same thing happened. It sounded like someone picked up, but then immediately hung up. I called 877-743-**** again and was told that it was their busy time for phone calls.

I should wait and try again later.

Unfortunately, my client is going home tomorrow. I need to make sure things are arranged before he leaves the hospital.

I called back numerous times. I did get a person, who did not give me a name and would say I needed to talk with someone else, they would transfer me. I would get another person who listened to part of what I was calling about and then hung up on me.

Each time I called, I got someone who would transfer me to someone who would hang up.

Finally the calls were put through to voice message, and didn't even give me the option to speak with anyone.

I tried for 45 minutes and finally was forced to leave a v/m.

that was over a half hour ago. I still have not received a call back.

There are no other numbers to call - I have never had such a difficult time with any other infusion company and I have been doing this for over 12 years.

I am at a loss as to how to coordinate for this client.

Cons:
  • Poor customer service

User's recommendation: Find another infusion provider who has caring staff that can help you to provide the best care to your clients
