Option Canada Immigration Consultants - No visa, no refund
Hello, For all the people who are thinking about hiring Option Canada Immigration Consultants (Opcion Canada) please do research. We have an immigration process and decided to hire them, this was a huge mistake. We made all the application by ourselves, we didn't get any professional advise, there was lack of communication from the beggining, we got over charged in one of the payments, and the list goes on. There is a reason why almost in every forum about Immigration they warn you about not hiring a Consultant, unfortunately we didn't listen and we are now left without a lot of money because of this. I hope our personal experience helps other not to make the same mistake. Thank you.

Unfortunately I can contact you because we already began a formal complaint process.
However I'd recomend to everyone else to read and search through internet. Even the CIC warns you about hiring a consultant, it doesn't matter if it's an authorized member of ICCRC, you have to be very careful.
If you already handed money, keep everything from receipts, invoice, emails, etc.
If they are promissing something that sounds too good to be true, maybe it is.
If your application is already sent to CIC, cross your fingers and pray.
If not, ask for a follow up date to check everything before the application is sent, from the forms to any other relevant document.
