Marc cold called me as my travel business is considered highrisk for credit card processing. He took 3 weeks to get back to me and finally after getting me approved for an account that he said would save me alot of money ended up costing me 3 times as much.
he is just a sales person for the processing company he got me an account at so i called them but the early termination fee is $595 so i am stuck. his inexperience and delays should have been a warning but i was looking to save money and did not think this could happen. no one should work with this incompetent and low level person because it will be a head ache.
his large high risk company called optimus is really just him working out of his apartment and the office's "number" is his cell phone. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe this came from came from Maverickbankcard there haters and upset because I left them the owners name Alan Griefer he doesn't pay his employees I have not dealt with any travel company so this is a lie.
