Did not receive item
I have waited for 2-3 weeks waiting for my package and I still have not received it. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I have emailed them trying to find my package and have it delivered to my correct address and I'm not getting a response and I've been waiting for 2-3 weeks at this point I want my package and a full refund of my item.

Broken fan
Order #28549**** this fan has only worked for 2 weeks. I have been trying to get a response from anybody and no luck.
I spoke with Johnathan and he said you don't send return labels but you're website says it does.
Im not paying 46dollars to send this back to you someone needs to contact me asap or i go to corporate. Thank you Carl and Ann Gittings

Thermosats in optimus model H-3013
I have 6 of the optimus and all of them have fused thermostat contacts! !
! and the outher parts of all units are in good order.
Im tolled that is no parts to replace the bad parts ! ! !.
I have two [2] older units that have metel NOT plastic and thay steel working today
I need 6 thermotats to repare the units .
also note tip over cut off don`t work !
! !at all.
I have taken back for replacement and the same thing happens.
so please send replacement parts as needed.

Heater remote quit working
Nobody wants to answer my call or try to speak to me.
Missing part of fan
This company left out the expansion pole for my fan and now it’s usless.

Optimus Fans
These Optimus Fans are made so cheap and with such bad quality that it doesn't last more than 2 weeks to a month. Additionally, the fan has bad smell that comes out from the motor area while running.
The oscillation gives problems, it clicks and even stops working most of the time. The oscillation also jams and stops the fan.
Overall, bad quality and poorly made. Waste of money.
I would not recommend this to no one who is looking to buy a good fan.
Please don't waste your money buy any models of the Optimus fans. If you are looking for well made fans go with Bionaire, Lasko or Kenmore.
