Hi this is Charan from malur Karnataka, I order I product from this website last time Im facing late delivery issue again cancelled and again I booked same product on 26 th sep and my delivery on 29 th sep but still I didnt get Call or response and i rised ticket also but no response simply they Are playing with Cx time and they fooling us better dont go this website online booking because after booking they wont r respond proper and simply time pass purpose Back team Are working they wont care about Cx requirements and satisfaction

Hi this Charan from Banglore , I ordered 26 th sep 5 kg mass gainer and my delivery was 29 th but some internal issue they given delivery on oct 7th and I made unboxing video Also on that I find true seal already broken and it filled with wheat atta, immediately I informed delivery person and optimum backend team and I sent Video and photos also still no response from team daily I ll rise request, no one picking my calls if pick any one same answer please wait till mail response they are treating a Cx like beggars its worst experience in life Glanbia optimum nutrition , so I suggest you people dont do online shopping in optimum nutrition in official website they are doing fraud and making money

I just wanted to ask why a great product like the beta Alanine fruit Fusion was taken off the market, myself and several other gym members seen great results from it, all the other beta alanine didn't even come close, we're wondering if we could still get this product, it's an awesome product and should have never been taken away from the market.

I tried to purchase something online its in my cart was declined I tried again and it charged my card but said it was declined so I found the product I needed on GNC and had it delivered to me. This company never sent me the product but charge my card on October 11 its now October 19 and Istill cannot get a hold of anybody

Waiting on a response
I have called and left a few messages for ON to return my call. Emailed their support team twice and went through pissedconsumer.com I have yet to hear from ON in response to my question about the B vitamins being methylated or not and also as I'm opening a fitness center, World Gym, in Dallas about coming a retailer to carry their supplements. Unfortunately the customer service has been non-responsive.

The people here are so freaking RACIST! I was through a temp agency about 2 months & they fired me for nothing!
LIED to my agency & said I wasn't soon well on the assembly line. I guess you start screwing up that freaking late after being there. It *** ME OFF b/c I really liked this job. It was really easy.
I was dedicated to my work:( What n I first started everybody was telling me how racist coworkers & supervisors were but now I see for myself. They wouldn't give me my supervisors main lime so I could speak w/ her myself maybe because they knew it was BS all the way all around!

I'm not happy with the results I received. I think I will get Susan Hognan from the television news involved because I do not think I will get any help through the customer service.
I bought 2 5lb containers of the Whey Protein and both expire next month with 72 servings per container. The shelf life is old from the store I purchased from at 84.99 per container..Im told there is nothing they can do for me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting.
What happen to customer service and trying to help the customer. $160 spent and the date runs out in less than a month....
