- - I won the case, but the movers won't pay the judgement.
- - A court date is set; police are investigating forged initials on a contract.
UPDATE: Won my lawsuit against them and the mover is refusing to pay the judgement. So now I have to go back to court.
Good thing the judge already set a date just in case this happened. I assume the judgement will be increased and I will have to file a lien and have a sherif collect money. Forging my initials on a contract is still being investigated by the police and if picked up I plan on filing charges. A complete disgrace!
This mover should have his license revoked.
I hired optimal movers to move my stuff from one apartment to another. The movers milked the clock. When I asked for new wardrobe boxes gave me old ones. Placed tape on actual furniture that I caught them doing.
Moved things they were told to leave. Used my personal tape without permission and most importantly damaged all of my furniture that I'm now suing them over.

This mover damaged majority of my furniture and refusing to take accountability or provide a refund or their insurance policy. They are trying to excuse their incompetence saying this damage was pre-existing.
NO it wasn't. Their guys clearly dropped a costanza and when removing plastic scratched a leather headboard. These are just a few of the damages. This is not worth the insane money they charged.
I will file a lawsuit if my money isn't returned and I will be filing for the maximum of 10k. Not even an apology from these ***
