Website is awful

Dont try to use a mobile version, it won't work and if you try to use the pc client...yea it wont work either. They are helpful on the phone but be prepared to answer the same 5 questions 3 times as they transfer you around.

Highway robbery

Same here. Our income is only around 100% federal poverty and the insurance company raised our premium from $560 to newly $721 per month.

Tax credit picks up about $500 but we still need to pay over $200 monthly. We CANNOT afford that. We have 3 children to raise and rent to pay. Our tax credit is so high I suppose because it is counted for family of 5, but our children have Medicaid so they do not use the tax credit for their premiums.

But still. We CANNOT afford our health insurance to go up from $60 to over $200. We already live paycheck to paycheck and owe on every single utility bill. Our only savior is yearly tax refund which we use for .......

wait for it.............

paying our debts. The government should try to live off $25k a year with 5 people.
