Horrible Experience
“I've been using contacts for a long time and never had such a bad experience with a company and customer service in general. I've been waiting for my contacts to arrive for 2 weeks.
I wasn't worrying, since I haven't received any emails from the company that they are having any issues with the order. I checked my bank account and the card was charged 4 days after the order has been placed. However, I was using the last pair and I become concern after 2 weeks. I called the company and representative told me they couldn't process my order due to expired prescription.
On my question, why no one ever notified me and my card still has been charged 4 days later, he said that they send me an email. Of course, no one ever did that because I was checking my email every single day. Who would ever wait for a delivery if they sent me an email. Representative didn't care much and he didn't try to help.
The worst customer service experience ever. I lost time as well as didn't get my contacts.
My contacts that are in my eyes right now is old. Will make sure to let all my friends know about it, so they wouldn't use this company.
