Complaint regards ONT box not fitted for 2 weeks
Being given the run around by my internet provider and asked to call optician velocity. Countless ( over 20) call backs, online enquiries and holding on the line for at least 30 mins 3 x a day and then being auto disconnected. Appalled they are allowed to run a critical service organisation and supported and allowed to operate by government

Terrible run around customer service
Rang them to confirm the cancellation of my previous ISP. Couldnt give me a straight answer if their life depended on it.
Quick to pass the blame to the previous or new ISP. Unacceptable service.

Technician appointment waiting for 3 days
I am still waiting 9 days later from when my services went down I primus have been great with communication towards Opticomm but I have not yet received a call email or message regarding this problem from them ! I cant leave the house by myself and am very depressed no tv or internet !!!
I was told its in the hands of the engineering dep as its a network problem and that its an isolated problem with my home only this communication was from I primus to myself not opticomm I wish I could just get another company but apparently they are the only company I can have I am getting very frustrated with the la k of care they are showing
