Non Receipt of Purchase

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from Optical Plus in March. They later informed me that because of the pandemic their services were being suspended. I could get a refund or wait for my glasses when they reopened. On May 31, I informed Optical Plus of my change of address. Someone named Hootan responded to that email. And yet on July 22nd Optical Plus still sent the glasses to the old address. The next day, along with the building manager I went to the old apartment -which is vacant- and the glasses were not there. I informed Optical Plus of this via email and dozens of messages on their phone with no response. On August 5th I received an email informing me that the glasses had been delivered on July 22nd. It just seemed I was going in a circle and talking with idiots. I have given them 24 hours to refund my money. This is among the worse customer service I have ever received anywhere.

User's recommendation: Avoid Optical Plus at all costs.
