It's extremely hard to cancel a membership. I need to talk to somebody and can't find a way to do that.

I'm not interested in Optery because no one even answers the phone and you have to wait 2 to 3 days for a call back. I expected better.

I was under the impression from Optery that potentially damaging info would be removed. It WASN'T.
Yet insignificant stuff, like very old addresses came up. If this is the best y'all can do for me I am canceling your service & plan to instruct my banking institution to decline any & ALL payment to you.
User's recommendation: Get in writing(hard copy) exactly what info they will be removing from the internet.

Finding my name along with phone number on google
Radaris and CheckPeople immediately come up on a google search with my address and phone number in a google search. I typed in Cynthia Summers Green Valley, AZ.
I emailed and talked on the phone with someone from Optery telling me this would be resolved this past week.
Very unhappy. I would appreciate a response.
