Poor service

Altona North Oporto. I placed an order, and the female rep behind the counter made no attempt to ask if I’m a member.

When I did inquire, it was too late to add my number to the order.

The rep admitted the mistake but made no attempt to rectify the order and basically said it was too late, too bad. There was no phone call back from the corporate office either.

Oporto - Abuse

I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred while I was completing a delivery pickup at Oporto Tarneit.

I arrived at the restaurant to collect an order during heavy rain and was approximately 4 minutes late due to the weather conditions. Upon arrival, a staff member began yelling at me aggressively in front of customers and other employees.

After I verified the order in the app as required, the staff member refused to hand over the order.

The situation escalated further when he physically punched me on my shoulder and pushed me out of the restaurant.

I managed to stay on my feet, but the behaviour was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.

As a delivery partner, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Physical aggression is extremely serious, and I am very concerned about continuing pickups at this location.

I request that

Investigate this incident immediately

Take appropriate action with the restaurant

Ensure delivery partners are protected from unsafe behaviour

I went to the restaurant. Peter had Oporto and there was a lady serving me with the glasses.

She was very rude and I wasnt happy about it. Its like very disgusting and no one should be treated the way Ive got treated.

Horrible customer service at Oporto Castle Towers NSW on 11th Nov Tuesday at 2:41 pm. The middle-aged lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional.

When I asked if the veggie burger had egg, she told me to do my homework from home before ordering. When I replied that she should know the products she sells, she refused to serve me, raised her voice, and told me to go away when I asked for her name.

It was humiliating and very upsetting. I love Oporto's food, but her behaviour was unacceptable and has completely ruined my experience.

Preferred solution: That sales agent should be questioned so that she never ever does that again to any one else. It was lunch and I went to towers especially to have burger but she ruined it all. Very humiliating experience. Such people should not be employed.

Placed order at wrong location, wrong state

The money has gone to Adelaide instead of Wagga for a $31 whole chicken and 2 combo bola cups for Brendan Twitt 040227****.

The Oporto app is troublesome, sometimes orders do not go through, this time the app charged me twice!

Finding a contact to resolve the issue was impossible, the website holds no clues.

Pissed consumer gave me an email address to contact them, and they resolved the issue promptly.

Unknown transactions

On past Saturday, i had visited to gateshead drive thru oporto with my friends for having dinner. I had ordered burger meal for 4 through online.

Once i ended up ordering, i found 3 transactions deducted from my bank account instead of one transaction.

I contacted with the store manager and she told me to contact oporto customer service centre through submitting the review through online for getting the refund of other 2 unknown transactions. I request you to please refund my money .

I got poisoned yesterday from Oporto Highpoint center the presentation of the food was not acceptable to put the chicken and salad in a box without anything under no piece of bread

And the garlic they give I think it's expired because that's what made me vomiting all night
