Unfair block on my account w/o contact or recourse
Months ago, my Yahoo account was blocked 'temporarily' from posting on Yahoo News for a reason never explained. It's been somewhere between 3 and 5 months.
Why hasn't my block been lifted?
How long is long enough? When will my ability to post be restored?

OpenWeb is the moderator for Yahoo comments and it is all AI driven so they have a list of words that automatically delete a comment. Many times some of these words are in the article but if you reuse them in the comment the comment is blocked. There is no way to contact OpenWeb and Yahoo appears to have no control over them.Bad Experience

Open Web is the most biased and ridiculous excuse for a technology company I've ever witnessed. They must never have quality assurance double check anything, and their applications are barely usable.
Their "moderation" is pathetic.
They reject innocuous statements and allow disinformed & misinformed lies, as well as personal attacks constantly. There is no way to contact them, unless you're trying to buy their laughable services.
- Do not stick to their own terms
- App times out constantly
- Unfair
Preferred solution: I would like for their moderating to be fair, and for their technology not to suck.

Lack of moderation
This is about a poster that disrupts the comment section (sponsored by OpenWeb) to AOL news stories. She posts the following types of posts (and other like it) 1 or 2 times a minute for hours at a time when she is really active. I've been reporting all of them for months and nothing has been done. She was once asked how she gets away with it when others are deleted for not dotting an I and she said she has friends in high places (moderators?). It's obvious she is using a spam bot which is against the rules as well as repetitive posts. What will it take to get the moderators to do something about her? Here are just a few examples of her constant, repetitive posts that are disruption the board and the moderators wont stop her:

Although you confirmed that OpenWeb had read the message I sent via your web site (thank you for that), I have received no comunication from them.Their web site seems to provide contact details only for companies looking to use their services, but not for those affected by that use.
AOL News contained a piece about elderly people being alone and lonely at Christmas, and suggesting ways to help them. A response was posted that included an incomplete telephone number for Re-engage, who help such people.
I posted the correct telephone number and my post was rejected. OpenWeb's bots would obviously prefer that elderly people remain lonely - obviously programmed by a very mean-spirited geek.

Your moderation of the message board conversations on AOL is nonexistent
Examples of THE ORIGINAL MITTENS posts in the CONVERSATIONS section of the AOL news articles. You need to fix your AI technology to find the posts using Alt Codes to get past your censors. She even uses emojis to get past the censors. Here are just a few examples of this posters (ORIGINAL MITTENS) posts and when reported they are removed but she just keeps making new accounts (over 180 so far). If you cant block her IP please, at lease stop the use of Alt Codes:
