Overpriced parts and labor ripoff at Open Road BMW
- - I bought tires from Open Road BMW.
- - Prices were higher than rivals; refunds were denied.
- - Sales staff misled us; answers were not straight.
We got tires and several other parts from open road bmw. The guy not only charged us way more than other dealers, but he also refused to pay us the difference when we showed him proof of lower prices.
Despite repeated emails and phone calls they would not budge. Their sales men misled us and never gave us a straight answer. Please do your homework first and do not blindly trust them with your car. Prices are in most cases several hundred dollars more.
not to mention they overcharge for their labor too i have other friends with similar experiences.
Avoid at all cost. Very poor service!
