Want to cancel
Don't get shows or channels that I like. Can't get current news or shows that I watch.
Also, I was told I would get 6 months free, which I have already paid for 5 months. When I spoke with them, they said it would be 3 months, and then I would get the 6 months free, which never happened.
Preferred solution: The last 2 months they took

Internet out for over 12 hours. No customer service whatsoever.
Call the number said hold and then hung up.I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is the fourth time this has happened For hours.
