Nothing has happened. Still no internet.
Which my wife really needs for her job. We have internet TV now so we cant watch that either. Plus, no one has called me back. I called at 3:30 this afternoon.

We've had Open Infra / Starlight Fiber for a year now. Since Jan 1, 2025 we've had seven (7) occassions of NO internet service ranging from 12 to 48 hrs.
One of the 7 interruptions is currently ongoing as I type this review. Extremely disappointing!

Also, I was told I would get 6 months free, which I have already paid for 5 months. When I spoke with them, they said it would be 3 months, and then I would get the 6 months free, which never happened.
