- Cats won't eat the wet food.
- Can't log in; support channels fail.
- Need to stop shipments and charges.
Finally got a callback today and the operator fix the issue for us very efficient. However, as we've tried all different support channels before without any response, it let us in quite uncomfortable.
We would hope for OpenFarm, that they spend a bit more effort to ensure the support channels are reachable. In our case the main issue was related to the fact, that we never received the initial registration email to confirm identity. In this case, the system should be good enough to recognize the same email is sent, and just sending the registration thing again.Regarding the wet food, our cats are used to a brand called STRAYZ, which sells pure organic food, which consist of almost 100% organic meat. Unfortunately, there is no retailer for this brand in the US.
The wet food from OpenFarm is more on the soup side (to liquid), and for some reasons our cats don't like it. It's somewhat interesting as we've tried the soups from Strayz before, and our cats loved it...
So not sure what it is related too. Maybe not the fault of OpenFarm - but having more options would be clearly a plus.
However, we can't log in to the system, as the website did not remember our login details (email address or phone number). The chat is never working.
The phone is just an answering machine and never got back to us. So how do we stop those guys from sending us cat food we can't use and charging our credit card?
- No customer service
Preferred solution: cancel our subscription. option to send back the food which our cats don't eat.
User's recommendation: NEVER BUY HERE

Verified ReviewerResolved: This company will not get your dog food to you on time without it being thawed.
- Frozen dog food ships late and sits in the warehouse.
- Each $300 order delays leave dogs without food and support is limited to canned emails.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. A manager reached out to me and immediately sent a new shipment which she expedited. She said they are moving to a new warehouse in order to fix this problem so I will continue to be a customer.
Ive already had issues where Ive had to go back to them three times to finally get frozen food and by then, my dogs are completely out of food and you know what a nightmare it is trying to switch foods so that your dogs dont get sick. They are doing it again. I let them know that the order got here too late I asked them to please make sure they shipped it in a two day shipping cycle. Instead they waited three additional days to ship it and again shipped it so it wouldnt arrive for another four days- a full week later than my original order leaving me completely without any food for my dogs when they finally sent a shipping notice I looked at the specifics and it had already sat in the warehouse for over 12 hours because the label wasnt readable and so it couldnt ship.
Now it wont be here again for another four days. Each order is $300 that they are wasting in food just because they are unwilling to spend another $20 to ship it properly. You cannot get a real human being and you only get a canned email response which just starts a whole ridiculous cycle over again. They will have wasted $1000 worth of food before this ever gets fixed if it does and my boys have nothing to eat in the meantime.
There are way better companies out there to spend your hard earned money with. Until they get this fixed I wouldnt even consider using them.
- Good food
- Completely unreliable and no customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: I love their food, hate their service. Find another company.
