Auto percorsi 86,000 km. Lato guidatore mi ha sparato la seconda candela.

L'auto ha impianto GPL fatto da concessionaria. In cinquanta anni che ho avuto mai successo. Attualmente l'auto va solo a benzina, revisionata sede candela. Sostituita sonda landa collettori.

Concessionaria Renostar, contattata mi hanno detto che non si è mai verificato. E già stata richiamata sia per olio freni e cilindretto chiave avviamento. MIDELLO WOLLA63T89B269866 TARGA DS671TN.. altra pecca coperchio testata, è la senda volta che viene cambiata guarnizione, ma continua a perdere, in quanto si deforma il coperchio..

spie di antisbandamento sempre accese salvo qualche volta che c'è umido.

Auto pagata più di 30000,00 avevo dubbi sull'acquisto. Oggi sicuramente non acquisterei mai più una Opel..

Im facing a problem with my opel Grandland since September, I was driving the car then suddenly the car was not moving normal and please keep in notice that I always do the maintenance on time so I went to Mansour in Egypt to check up on the car and they told the motor engine has a problem and needs to be changed and theyre supposed to email Opel Company in Germany since September so they can get a repair of the engine and so far no response is delivered and they didnt care or show any importance to my problem and whenever I call them they dont respond and the treatment is extremely disrespectful since September and I need a response and a solution asap.

Dear Sir,

Kindly be informed that I have a severe case for my Opel grand land. More than 8 months the lamp of the engine is on.

I came to the agency of opel many times and they said there is no problem with the engine and we will just add oil to the engine and the car will be fine. This incident occurred many times. Approximately a month ago the car gives me a message that the engine oil pressure is fault, please stop the vehicle. I visited the agency again and they said there is a big issue with the car and we will contact Opel to resolve this matter.

Today they said that they got a feedback that I will be charged by 70% of the costs and unfortunately there is no spare parts and accordingly I have to wait more. I know my car is out of warranty but this issue is an engine failure not a user fault. We here in Egypt have a huge trust towards the German brands and we couldnt imagine this happening in a German car.

We all know German cars are life time vehicles. Please dont ruin this image.

Appreciate your support to help me fix this issue without paying any fees.

The car's paint is peeling

ABOUT OPEL INSIGNIA SEAT ISSUE

Dear Opel Authorities,

We have Insignia 1.5 Diesel Ultimate package which is 2020 model. Before the end of 2 years in our vehicle, the leather of the backrest of the driver's seat began to wear.

A request has been created for the issue to be evaluated under warranty by Opel Mar. However, the problem was not considered under warranty by Opel Turkey. The owner of this vehicle is my father, who is 77 years old, 1.65 cm tall and weighs 60 kg. In addition; Before the vehicle is 10000 km, Wearing has been occurred on the driver seat.

I would like to ask you the following questions. How can the seat of a vehicle worth 1.3 million wear out in such a short time? My second question is how can a 77 year old, light weight person get into a vehicle? a) Without touching the seat by breaking the glass.

b) By sitting directly in the driver's seat, as any normal person does. The seat of the vehicle that you call Opel's flagship has been worn in lesd than 2 years. In addition, the warranty of the vehicle has been extended for +3 years. How can a 77-year-old old person damage the seat?

At that time, Opel Russelsheim would put a clause on its vehicles saying that wear on the leather seats is not guarenteed. We are a family that has been using Opel for 25 years. Please deal with this issue. I am complaining about Opel Turkey for this issue.

Opel Turkey has decided without investigating the driver seat. I want you to fix the issue.

If my problem is not resolved, I will apply to Consumer Rights Court and post it on social media. I do not want my favorite brand to fall into this situation.

How can make a complain Egyptian agency?

I owned many models of opel from vectra b 2000 to Astra 2019 as opel is my favorite brand . But my bad experience with my Astra 2019 and most of Astra's owners in Egypt. The agent Mansour received my car with a major issue in the motor ((manufacturer failure)) and told me it'll be replaced with a new one in 3 months maximum period (my car was in the guarantee it was 42000 km ),with a bucket money for renting car like 720$ monthly .which is not enough for renting a car , that was in October 2021 . Till now after 11 months, I'm still waiting to hear about my car. I'm totally depressed and I can't pay more for renting a car as I'm a 4 kids mother. I tried many times to complain the agent in Egypt but no reply. I'm don't want to wait more. I choose now to e_mail the international opel Manger as you can solve my problem. I need to exchange my car with a new one as it's my simple right. Thanks in advance.

I am writing this complaint against Mansour Opel Egypt for his bad treatment and I am relay lost my trust in Opel due to the following :

1.I booked for the Opel Mokka Car on 8th of March

2.Mansour informed me that the price is increased by about 28 KEGP at end of March due to the Dollar increase in Egypt even as per the attached booking file, I shall receive the car with the agreed price

3.Finally, Mansour called me to refund my money as the mother company stopped manufacturing cars even he called my friend to receive his car due to he know someone in Mansour

Görme engelliyim, 11 yıldır müzik öğretmeni olarak çalışıyorum ve on yıldır Çanakkale'de ikamet eden altı madde körler derneğinin Çanakkale şube başkanlığını yapıyorum. 19 Ekim 2021 tarihinde ÖTV indirimli araç almak için Succeed Automotive'e gittim. Bana tavsiyede bulunan Funda, Engelli bir müşterimizin siparişi üzerine yola çıkmış Opel Mokka şıklık paketli aracım var. Siparişi veren kişi hala para yatırmadı.

Depozito yaparsanız araç sizin olur dedi ve Normalde bu araç ÖTV muafiyeti kapsamı dışındadır. Ancak daha önce engelli bir müşteri tarafından sipariş edildiği ve araç doğrudan merkezden özürlü muafiyeti ile alındığı için size verebilirim dedi. Aracın fiyatını ve ödeme koşullarını sorduğumda Normalde aracın fiyatı 390.000 TL'dir. Ancak araç ÖTV muafiyeti ile yolda olduğu için 230.000 TL'ye aracı size satabilirim.

185 bin TL'yi bankaya, 45.000 TL'yi de elden ödeyin. Ancak danışman bayan aracın yolda olduğunu ve en geç 15 Kasım 2021'e kadar geleceğini söyleyince hem ben, hem babam hem de eşim en az 3-4 kez ısrar ederek, "Ortalama bir süre var. bugünün tarihi ile taahhüt ettiğiniz tarih arasında bir ay. .Bu süre zarfında piyasa değişimlerinden ve dolar kurundaki değişikliklerden aracın fiyatı etkilenir mi?Araca zam gelirse ödemem gereken tutar değişir mi?

Aracın peşinatını altın takası ile ödediğim için gram altın fiyatındaki güncel artıştan dolayı maddi olarak mağdur durumdayım. İlkokul çağında bir çocuğum ve altı aylık bir bebeğim var ve karım beni ve çocuğumu her gün okula götürmek zorunda. Bu nedenle bebeğim bu hava koşullarına rağmen bizimle çıkmak zorunda. Depozitoyu yatırdığımı gösteren dekontun ve danışmanımın kendi el yazısıyla yazılmış ödeme koşulları not kağıdının fotoğraflarını ekliyorum.

Konuyla ilgili mağduriyetimin giderilmesi, gerekirse bayi tarafından fiyat farkı kapatılarak aracın bana satılması, Türkiye'deki herhangi bir Opel bayisinden bana temin edilen ve dolar kurundaki artıştan önce faturası kesilen yeni gri renkli Opel Mokka şıklık paketli aracın satışı ve bana bu bayiden satılması. Ve başka bir engelliyi mağdur etmemek için bayi ile ilgili tüm yaptırımların uygulanmasını talep ediyorum.

For Seniors with impaired vision? The text is that small you get headache trying to read it. Why is it so hard to find their address on line?This is my personal opinion on it's difficulty to operate there are, of course, people who find Opel Phones OK.This phone is not for me as a Senior.

They are called "smart phones" because you need a University degree to operate them. They are for "Seniors'. I am 78 and not an idiot and have had many mobile phones but none as bad as this. Very hard to operate .Need a magnifying glass to see text. Tells when message arrives but try and find it? Opel offered to look at the fault but having to travel to a PO to return it not an option as I am invalid pensioner. Asked Opel for a better option and the one they recommended was twice as hard to operate. I have spent $400 on these phones.eg Smart Phone and 2 Big button phones . Buy and try one if your a genius. Smart phone was probably OK but too smart for a retired oldie. I have bought another phone and simpler to use. BG

Free replacement! How my rotary expires before brake pads

During my 30000 maintenance, repairmen told me my brake rotars have leveled "0" which means immediate replacement required. Since this is a brand new opel and I am the only owner, i asked for replacement of them under new car warranty. İt is very unusual rotars wears off this level before the pads at this low milage... I am kindly asking the warranty covers the expenses... Regards
