Dear Sirs,
Please be informed that I bought Opel- Crossland 2021 from Mansour -Egypt in April 2021. In my first Maintenance 10,000 Km, due to the high load of work , they directed me to their authorized agent El Geyoushi -Egypt- ElSukhna Road- Nasr City- Egypt.
I was complaining from a vibration when using the brake on high speed more than 60km. The mechanical engineer after checking the car and told me that the front drums have to be change although the thickness of brake lining can be used for 2000Km. But he recommends to change the front drums and the brake lining as well. I asked whether it is normal while the car is still new and the brake is still fine.
He said that it is not normal to replace it in low mileage. It will not last for the second maintenance time. He said also that the said drums are not covered in warranty. I asked him to make a technical report for that to raise it to Opel- the mother company , but he refused.
Now , I urge you to help me in this matter, as your agent (Mansour as well ) didnt want to solve the problem.
But it is not fair to change it on 10000 km.
I trust Opel as a brand and I know you care about Customer satisfaction. Please advise.
