Their fraudulent practices are not only unethical but seem to be designed to trap unsuspecting customers into paying more than they should. Here's how they operate based on my personal experience: 1. **Abbreviated Name on Tickets**: When you enter your personal information to book a ticket, their system deliberately abbreviates your name on the ticket. They then charge your credit card and issue what seems to be a fake ticket. In my case, I booked a ticket through them, and upon checking with WestJet Airlines, I found out that the ticket they provided me did not exist at all. 2. **Fake Follow-up Calls**: A couple of days after the initial booking, they called me under the guise of "confirming" the information I provided. This in itself was suspicious, as I’ve never had a legitimate travel agency call me back just to confirm details I had already filled in during the booking process. 3. **Demanding Extra Payments**: During the call, they claimed that because my name was abbreviated, I would need an ID to match the abbreviated version or they would have to "call the airline to change it." After pretending to contact the airline, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional fee to correct the name. In my case, they demanded $90 for this so-called correction. 4. **Issuing Fake Tickets**: What is most alarming is that the ticket they initially issued me didn’t exist. This was confirmed directly by WestJet Airlines. The ticket was nothing more than a scam to get me to pay extra fees after the fact. This is a blatant scheme to defraud customers by intentionally altering personal details and then charging them for "fixing" the issue. It’s shocking that companies like this are still allowed to operate and show up when booking tickets online. If you come across them, stay far away!", "Never ever use them. It’s scam", "DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!".

  • Most users ask Oojo for the refund as a solution to their issues.

Never use this provider!

I bought a ticket, and my flight was cancelled. The airline refunded the money to Oojo on the same day, but Oojo has been giving me absolutely insane and unreasonable responses and is still holding onto my funds.

Now Im unable to book another flight and will have to spend Christmas alone.

Ive completely lost hope of getting my money back.

The customer service is terriblethey never disclose their actual names, using only nicknames like Montreal, Jatin, Antropos, and Folger. It feels like the service is run by AI or something.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

**Beware of These Fraudsters My Experience**

I strongly advise anyone looking to book tickets online to avoid this company at all costs. Their fraudulent practices are not only unethical but seem to be designed to trap unsuspecting customers into paying more than they should.

They do not have a real team. I spoke to the same person and he provided different information both times.

They have multiple fake customer care agent names like Light or Blossom. Fake people, fake customer care, and fake offers.

Fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought travel insurance of $59 per ticket and has to cancel due to stage 4 cancer of husband. I still had to pay a cancelation fee and processing taxes to the airline.

The insurance was explained to me that it only covers the OOJO $200 penalty for cancelation of each ticket. It's a scam. I told them it sounded like fraud, since the insurance is just for their fees.

They told me, "Do you want me to refund your $59 and give you a $200 penalty then." Worst customer service ever. The sexism was potent on how he spoke to me.

Improperly charged after cancelation request, Failed Customer Service, Faild to provide Refund. STEALING $1238

I attempted to purchase 2 tickets to India from Oojo back in December 2022. Oojos internal processes struggled with completing the charge to my Credit Card.

This became such and issue that I had to cancel the order. After the cancelation Oojo then proceeded to charge my credit card without providing a Confirmation of the Order or the airline tickets. When I contacted Oojo again to ensure the cancelation would be processed. Oojos customer service was nonresponsive.

By the time Oojo got back to me, I had already had to move forward with purchasing tickets through a different company (at an additional cost of $150). Oojo refused to cancel the tickets (which they never provided) and informed me there will be a $260 fee per ticket for the cancelation.

Oojo only canceled the tickets a full Month and one half later, and only after I had to claim the transaction as fraudulent with VISA.

As of the time of this review Oojo has still not provided any documentation for the transaction (Purchase Confirmation/Receipt, Confirmation of Cancelation, Etc.). IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST NINE MONTHS AND OOJO HAS NOT PROVIDED A REFUND FOR ANY OF THE $1238 THEY WRONGFULLY CHARGE ME.
