- - Faulty item; refund given as a voucher.
- - I used the voucher; no item delivered.
- - New voucher added; item removed; I want a debit-card refund.
Sent a faulty item. Instead of refund they gave me a voucher.
Stupidity I used it. Once again no item and item was removed from the site. Now they put another voucher on my account.
No chance I paid debit card I want my money back. 3 times mucked around.

After many emails finally received dresses on Jan 10 and the order was completely incorrect and still waiting on the Christmas lights??? With customer service still giving me the tag line they are following up, please be patient 
Its a joke would never buy from them
Again... they take your money and you cross your fingers you will get what you paid for
