I will never order anything if it uses this carrier again. We are at day 6 of where the heck is my package.

Somehow these *** misrouted the package to Pennsylvania- ummmmm Im in NY. Next thing I know delivery is updated to the 29th- emmmm yeah it didnt come today. But the most fun part is 2 escalations later with ontrac - and 3 calls to Nordstrom later- here is where we stand. Nordstrom makes you wait 9 days past the most recent update (sooooo yeah this resets if they update) before they will refund you.

Have yet to hear back from PayPal.

Ontrac refuses or cant because its probably stolen - to mark the package lost/ stolen- but they cant locate it either. So now here we are - since now the bag ordered as an anniversary gift is no longer in stock - we had to buy it again from neiman Marcus and wait for who knows how long to get the money back from Nordstrom for the bag we never received.

i would like to complain about how they deliver my package. my package was a empty box completely destroyed and someone tape it up and deliver the box completely empty to me i complain to the company because ontrac was the one who delivered the package says the email of the company i ordered the item and they deliver an empty box to me i was so mad because it was supposed to be a christmas gift and someone just ripped and stole the item and deliver an empty box to me i even sent the pictures of how the box look on the company i ordered they decide to send another item and i really hope you help me in this kind of stealing packages or items inside a package.

I received message they cant deliver my package its a new construction building there is a gate you guys need to let the security know its for delivery and they will open the door and ask him access to enter the building or hand it to someone at the office. Its seem like you didnt ask to get in to make the delivery because there is a security guard 24/7 at the gate. So please next time aske the security at the gate to open and give you access to the building to make the delivery or hand it to someone at the office they will put it in a parcel for me I hope yall understand thank you

Using OnTrac in a nightmare. Recently, I have had many orders from different companies returned to sender.

Every time the items are returned to the seller stating wrong address. I have had ongoing texts with them regarding this since January. OnTrac's answer is always the same. They apologize the item has been returned to sender because of wrong address, contact the seller.

I am so frustrated with their terrible customer service and trying to communicate this all through texts. More than six important orders sent back. Today the excuse was the same, sorry contact seller, but I insisted they check my address, and they confirmed it was correct but then stated it didn't pinpoint on Google Maps. So ridiculous, so right then I checked and of course it was there on Google, I screenshot it and sent.

They just apologized, contact the seller and give them directions. What a joke. I said quit lying, if you don't deliver here just say so. I would never use them again but when you place an online order you can't always pick who the carrier is.

This has been an ongoing problem for years. They must be one of the cheapest delivery services because in the last six months more companies have been using them.

Finally, after texting them today they said a representative would call me, we'll see if that happens. In the past, I've talked to a human, and they just apologize and say they'll work it out.

Ortrac is a terrible company. I would rate 0 star if I could.

The last six orders from different companies were sent back. When I inquired why, each time OnTrac said it was the wrong address to contact seller. Since you can't talk to a human for complaints, I'm trying to deal with this all through texts. This has been a problem for a while, but recently, it's gotten to be impossible.

Right then I found it and sent them a screenshot, then they said contact seller and give them directions. That's so ridiculous. When you place an order online, you don't get an option on what delivery company they use. I have tried contacting sellers before, and they just apologize that's who we use.

Today they actually said someone would call me, yeah we'll see if that happens.

I've talked to someone in the past, and they said, so sorry for the inconvenience, and they would take care of it. What a joke.
