Poor service

OnStar - Poor service
My son was caught a flash flood. He called OnStar to report the emergency. Onstar did not contact the police or the fire department and then it took OnStar 6 1/2 hours to dispatch a tow truck and because of their lack of service and length of time it took to get to my son and his truck the truck is now totaled. When I called OnStar to cancel my service the gentleman clearly told me it was their fault my truck was .totaled

I have been charged for onstar every month since JANUARY! I don't HAVE Onstar!! When I push the onstar button in my car is says my service is on hold....Discover is investigating.

Same. My card was charged for Onstar and I don’t not have a plan and they tell me I don’t but there is a charge.

I was given an email to send proof of charge and the ema to loss prevention kicks back undeliverable.

And now they want me to mail in proof which will take longer. Very annoying and frustrating!!!

Charges without being a member

I have been charged increasing amounts since I got a new car in Feb. I new subscribed to the service and don't know how they got my credit card numbers. I called to cancel and am STILL being charged. Filed a claim with my credit card for all charges since January!

They changed my plan!

OnStar sucks! We have been with them for years with 3 of our vehicles and I renewed my phone minutes for my car and then get notice they changed my plan and I lost my 500+ minutes I had. Called and talked to customer service, and they had no record of me ever having service with them for over 15+ years, even thought I have all the paperwork as proof, and said can't help me! Horrible service!!!!

Locked out of car

Awesome service, my 83 year old mother was locked out of her car. The Service was fantastic, young lady that helped my mother was wonderful. She will recommend that all her friends have onstar!! It gives us piece of mind if my mother needs help and we can not get to her. Your service is always a call away I guarantee she will never go without your service. THANK YOU

New cadillac. Just registered. Had a problem with phone and they left us hanging for 30 min

Left us hanging for 30 min so we hung up. Left the car. Tried to call on mobile phone and after going through 2 more agents the call was dropped when I complained. Coincidence?

I havent heard anything back. After being a customer 10 years it is disappointing . I was hung up on. It Is possible we got disconnected. But if that was the case why wouldnt a communication base company call Me back? Ver disappointed .

A charge of $77.13 was applied to my debit card. The service representative was extremely helpful. The service representative checked my account and found out that the charge of $77.13 belonged to a different account and the charge was removed from my account. Getting sent through tolls and sent to wrong address again

Onstar was good over 10 years ago, but now I am sent to the wrong addresses, one employee couldn't remember where he worked in his greeting, another argued with me, and I get sent to wrong addresses more than the correct one. The last two calls sent me through the toll booths when I expressed to avoid them. If you get for navigation, forget it! Your phone is faster.
