There’s no one ever in the office
theyre literally telling you call back in 20 minutes everytime you call i call this agency looking for work at least 3 times a week and get the same response every time i call its really frustrating

They never posted my W-2 to my account

Won't nobody file my taxes without my W-2. I have all of my W-2 except the one from Onstaff.
I came in there today, and they told me to use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
I went to a computer with it on there, and it was doing the same thing that my phone was doing. It was never posted to my account.
