- - The app showed a resolution date 04/04/25, then said the issue was resolved and the complaint closed.
The technicians visited the site and video recorded the faults in the air conditioner. The management takes more than 48 hrs to approve repairs.
Then I get a message from their app that on 04/04/25 the issue would be resolved. After 48 hrs, another message is received, which reads the issue is resolved and the complaint is closed.
I had to again start the process and now it is more than 15 days, still waiting in this hot summer. Now only God can help.

- - Service requested 1 Aug; tech arrived 6 Aug and said cleanup needed.
- - Promised cleanup for 7 Aug; no one arrived; complaints logged by 16 Aug.
I had requested a service engineer to come check my split AC on 1st August 2024. The technician never arrived until 6th August.
He stated that the AC did not need repairs; it simply required a chemical cleanup, which he would arrange the following day, 7th August. Unfortunately, we were left waiting for the individual until 16th August, with no one showing up. On 16th August, I lodged multiple complaints. They eventually sent someone on 18th August, much to our disbelief, it was another technician, not the chemical cleaning crew.
He stated that he was informed it was just a regular AC check. Once again, I called customer service expressing my extreme frustration. They assured me they would send someone right away. However, it is now 4 p.m.
on 18th August, and still, no one has arrived. Once my AMC is over, I will never recommend Onsite to anyone nor will I avail any of your services. You have proven to be the worst company I've ever had to deal with. By the way, I requested to speak to a manager, but the customer service representative said I was not authorized to do so.
I then asked to speak to a technician and was again told I was not authorized. After I repeated myself a few times and used profanity once, they disconnected the call. I had to reach back at least 10 times. I sincerely hope you listen to the call and provide strict feedback to Priya, Chirag, and whoever else I ever spoke with on your team.
I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. The worst part is, my children, aged 5 and 3 years respectively, are unable to sleep due to your pathetic service provision.

This is a fraud. I have raised a service request and have called the ONSITE customer care multiple times but no engineer has been visited yet and my SR number 240526-****50 is also showing as closed

AC services are not done timely despite the request. Even though many services are due we are getting time after four days of raising complaint.
